GENERAL
My art is not be used for NFTS, crypto or fed into AI
Do not claim my art as your own, give credit where credit is due
All art commissioned by me is allowed for personal use
If interested in commissioning me for something of commercial use, please DM me to chat in further detail. Artwork for commercial use will have an added fee
PAYMENT
I accept Paypal, Cashapp, and Ko-Fi for payment
There will be no refunds and payment must be given before work begins. Refunds will only be given if I am unable to continue the piece
DEADLINE & DELIVERY
I give myself a month to complete a commission but I am usually able to finish it in about 2 weeks depending on the complexity of the piece. I will communicate with you directly once the piece is completed or if there are any changes to the timeline
You will receive a high quality PNG of your artwork shared through email (or DMS if preferred) to ensure quality is maintained. If another file format is wanted, just let me know!
INTELLECTUAL & PROPERT RIGHTS
I retain the right to use my artwork for my social media and portfolio
No reselling or redistribution
COMMUNICATIONS & UPDATES
Communication is important to me, feel free to send me messages if you have any questions or concerns
I will send periodic updates during the: Sketch phase, Lineart phase, Flat Color phase, and Rendering phase (depending on what you paid for)
After the flat color phase is approved, no further revisions can be made on the design, pose, expression or style. Only art mistakes. It is your responsibility to communicate clearly your wants and needs early on during the sketch phases
